ABOUT US
We are a family run business based in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire, specialising in swimming classes from birth to age 5.
Founded by Elaine in 2011, who holds the STA Award in Swimming Teaching, the STA Baby & Pre-School qualification along with the STA Safety Award for Teachers. Working alongside Elaine is Louise who holds the STA Baby & Pre-School qualification as well as the STA Safety Award for Teachers.
Both have a wealth of teaching experience, with over 20 years between them.
What do we do?
We run swimming classes at The Crown Hotel in Boroughbridge on Thursday and Saturday mornings, as well as teaching at private pools for individual customers.
Our classes are all about developing water confidence and swimming skills in a fun and safe environment.
We follow the International Learn to Swim Programme (ILSP) devised by the Swimming Teachers’ Association (STA) – this is an exciting, motivational and progressive awards programme which rewards our miniswimmers with colourful badges and certificates.
